Each church member participate in at least one program made possible by our pledges- this way you can LIVE your stewardship and be a part of the highlights of our church.

Our challenge to you this year is to reflect on how individually and collectively we are service to God through our stewardship of Indian Hill Church.  Stewardship, it's true, is not only about financial support. It's also about time and talent.  On these measures, we have abundant talent in this congregation and an incredible commitment to the church in terms of time. 

• In a recent Presbyterian congregational survey, 57% of us said we were involved in leadership roles in the congregation and 70% of us are involved in community service, social justice or advocacy activities both inside the church and with other organizations.

However, there is a real gap in the giving of our treasure as benchmarked against other churches.

• In the same survey, only 5% of us said we give 10% or more of our net income (not gross income) compared to national average of 19%.

We are asking, therefore, that you increase your pledge this year and in some cases, pledge for the first time.  If you do not pledge, please consider increasing your gift- even if it's by only $20 each time you make an offering.

It is the intention of our beliefs that we are together building a virtuous cylce of stronger faith through a shared vision of "Celebrating God's Presence in Our Lives".  The achievements we accomplish together, that we fund together, bring the vision one step closer.
