Our Financial Foundation
Our financial health depends on two distinct types of giving.
Our annual stewardship campaign, conducted each October, provides the primary funding for the church’s operating expenses. These expenses include compensating our highly talented clergy and staff, maintaining our beautiful buildings and grounds, providing excellent programs for children, youth and adults, and supporting our outstanding music program. In addition, our annual campaign allows us to fund many community outreach partners including Inter Parish Ministry, Madisonville Education Assistance Center, Interfaith Hospitality Network, Music Resource Center, Venice on Vine and Transforming Jail Ministries.

Church members may also contribute to our church by making a planned gift to our endowment. These
gifts may be through wills, trusts, annuities, or similar gift planning vehicles. Currently the income from our endowment funds approximately 20% of our annual operating budget. By growing our endowment we can guarantee the long-term financial health of our church and maintain and enhance its heritage, traditions, and ministries.
The Luther Tucker Legacy Society recognizes those members who have indicated to the church that they have included the church in their planned giving. Named for Reverend Luther Tucker, an early visionary leader of our church, the Society celebrates those whose generous foresight will ensure a solid foundation for our church for generations to come.
If you would like further information about planned giving or would like to let the church know that you have already included the church in your charitable gift planning, please contact our minister, Rev. Stephen Caine or 561-6805 ext. 305
